On the following pages you can find all the important information and answers for the most frequently asked questions about your delivery.

You can order our products at our online shop only. You will quickly be guided through the ordering process.

If you do not have a customer account, please use the button "Create new customer account" and insert your personal data. Required fields are marked (*). Please add your preferred quantity of products to the basket and click "Continue to your order".

You can choose your shipping and payment options during the next two steps. Afterwards, you can check your order again. If you want to leave a note, you can use the text field in the last step of the ordering process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after completing your order. If you choose bank transfer as payment option, the e-mail confirmation includes our account details as well. If you have chosen another payment option, you will be refered to the selected payment service provider to perform your payment.

Please check your spam folder and the used e-mail address if you do not receive the order confirmation mail.

After completing the ordering process you will receive an e-mail confirmation including an overview of the ordered products, invoice address, delivery address and payment details. There will also be an e-mail confirmation for the receipt of payment and the shipment of your order. Thus you are always informed about the order status. If you do not receive the confirmation mails, please check your spam folder and the used e-mail address. 

Additionally, you can log into your account where you can find information regarding order, payment and shipping status.

If you choose bank transfer as payment option, you will receive a confirmation mail including our account details. Please use your order number and last name/company name as reference for easy allocation. If you do not receive the order confirmation mail, please check your spam folder and the used E-mail address. 

When paying by payment service providers like PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.de, please login to your customer account, open the detailed view of your order and click "Pay now". You will be referred to the selected payment service provider to perform your payment.

Please note, that subsequent payment corrections into "credit card", "payments on invoice" or "direct debit" are impossible after the ending of the ordering process. This can only be done during the ordering process. In such cases please use bank transfer for your payment. 

Available items (on stock) are always shipped on the workday after the receipt of payment. For the receipt of payment you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 
For preorder items you can see the shipping date on the product page and in your order confirmation. 

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking details. Additionally, you can log into your account where you can find information regarding your order, the payment and shipping status. 

If you do not receive the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder and the used e-mail address. 

A direct modification of an order, e.g. of the product choice, after the deal of ordering sth. in our online store is impossible.

If you want to order more products, please start a new order process. Here, you have the possibility to leave a message in the annotations, that you would like to have all products shipped together.

If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, please cancel your order. Please pay attention to the fact, that we only can cancel entire orders. Already paid amounts will be refunded.

A cancellation of your order is only possible, if the order has not been handed over to the shippping services as yet. Once in the delivery process and on the transport, a cancellation is not possible anymore. 

Please be aware that your order might already be in the delivery process before you have received a shipping notification. In this case it is also not possible to
stop the process anymore.

The designs NONOMO® Baby Hammock - basic -, - premium - and - vegan - can be used from birth up to 2,5 years, up to a body size of 80 cm and a maximum weight of 15 kg.

The design NONOMO® Baby Hammock XL can be delivered in 3 different versions from a body size of 80 cm:

  • Mini - for children with a weight between 3 - 15 kg
  • Midi - for children with a weight between 10 - 20 kg
  • Maxi - for children with a weight between 15 - 30 kg.

The NONOMO® Twin Hammock can be used from birth up to 9 months and a body size of 80 cm. Both children should not weight more than 15 kg altogether.

The NONOMO® Door Clamp can be ordered additionally to the hammock.

You can easily fix the door clamp to almost every door frame. Your door frame needs to have and excess length of at least 1,5 cm and a wall thickness of 25 cm.
But the top of the door frame should not be beveled or rounded.

The door clamp is loadable with a maximum weight of 15 kg. It musst not be used with the NONOMO® XL (Mini, Midi,. Maxi).

Stands

- Basic - 

With a height of 194 cm and a floor space of 112 cm x 112 cm the NONOMO® Hammock basic stand can be set up inside as well as outside. It is made of galvanised steel.
The stand can easily be assembled own your own and disassembled for transport to a handy size of just 100 cm.
You can not use the NONOMO® twin hammock with the NONOMO® -basic-! 

- Design -

With a height of 200 cm and a floor space of 100 cm x 112 cm the NONOMO® Hammock Stand -design- can be set up inside as well as outside. It is made of galvanised steel. The stand can easily be assembled own your own and disassembled for transport to a handy size of just 100 cm.
You can use the stand in combination with the NONOMO® Twins Hammock!

All stands are only loadable up to 15 kg maximum weight. They are not suitable for NONOMO® XL (Mini, Midi, Maxi).

Wall Bracket

The NONOMO® Wall Bracket is particularly good for installing the NONOMO® Baby Hammock, if your ceilings are not capable of bearing or if you don't have enough space for a stand.
By using the NONOMO® Wall Bracket you can arrange the NONOMO® Baby Hammock for instance at the top end of your bed. 
You can assemble the NONOMO® Wall Bracket with the NONOMO® Baby Hammock in every room e.g. kitchen, living room...
Just push the NONOMO® Wall Bracket to the wall when it's not in use. 

Stands, door clamps and wall mounts are not suitable for the NONOMO® XL (Mini, Midi and Maxi).

In case you want to keep the hammock or another rented component, you only need to fill in this form.
