ORIGINAL MESSAGE
We’ve found out there’s a problem with the previously supplied Move Motor that rocks our NONOMO® swinging baby hammock. The battery compartment cover could come loose, letting the batteries fall into the hammock below while a baby is inside. In a worst case, the batteries may fall on the baby and cause serious injury.
IT’S PERFECTLY SAFE TO CARRY ON USING THE MOTOR, WITH THE BATTERIES REMOVED, ON POWER CABLE ONLY
You can still operate the motor using the power cable. If you haven’t yet inserted batteries, your Move Motor is perfectly safe to use without them. If you have already inserted batteries, make sure you remove them before you next use your NONOMO® Swinging Hammock.
Once again, we’d like to reassure you that the Move Motor without batteries and all other parts of the hammock are perfectly safe to use.
You can send your Move Motor to us for a repair. If you wish to do so, please contact us at kontakt@nonomo.de and we’ll arrange shipment and repair free of charge for you (please note it can take up to 4-6 weeks delivery time).
It will be back soon. This battery case problem only affects previously supplied motors (purchased before 04/03/2022). As the new owners of NONOMO®, QLEVR would like to reassure you that our redesigned Move Motor will be available soon and in stores by Mid-May 2022.
